All products may be exchanged, returned for a refund, or exchanged for a credit voucher.

Courier costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the client.

SweatGear items may be exchanged or returned, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Custom orders (e.g. teamwear or bulk quantities made to specific requirements) are non-returnable, as they are made to order and tailored to the client’s needs.

Production lead time is typically 10–14 working days. However, rush orders may be arranged if confirmed in advance.

Please note:
Due to factors such as ink and paper variations, and the fact that production is weather dependent, there may be a 7–10% colour variation between garments, especially if ordered at different times.
